Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

Ingredients
  

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

4 large flour tortillas

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/2 cup ranch dressing (optional, for drizzling)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the seasoned chicken. Cook for about 7-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center. Remove from skillet and let cool slightly.

    Make the Garlic Mixture: In the same skillet, add the minced garlic to the remaining oil, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned. Remove from heat.

      Shred the Chicken: Once the chicken has cooled, shred it using two forks or chop it into bite-sized pieces.

        Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sautéed garlic, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and fresh spinach. Mix until well combined.

          Assemble the Wraps: Lay out a tortilla on a flat surface. Place a generous amount of the cheesy garlic chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla. Roll tightly, folding in the sides as you go to secure the filling. Repeat with all tortillas.

            Cook the Wraps: In the same skillet, place the wraps seam side down. Cook over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden and crispy and the cheese is melted.

              Serve & Garnish: Remove the wraps from the skillet. If desired, drizzle with ranch dressing and sprinkle freshly chopped parsley on top. Cut in half and serve warm.
