2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large tortillas or wraps (flour or whole wheat)

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

Cooking spray or additional olive oil for grilling

Instructions
 

Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined and the chicken is coated in the cheesy mixture.

    Assemble the Wraps: Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface. Spread an even amount of the cheesy chicken mixture onto each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges. Top the mixture with fresh spinach, diced tomatoes, and chopped cilantro (if using).
