1/4 cup croutons, crushed

Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

Optional: cherry tomatoes, halved, for garnish

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with Caesar dressing, mixing until the chicken is well coated.

Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface, and distribute the chopped romaine lettuce evenly on each tortilla.

Spoon the Caesar chicken mixture over the lettuce on each tortilla, ensuring it's spread evenly.

Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken.

Add crushed croutons for an added crunch.

Season with freshly cracked black pepper and add cherry tomatoes if using.

Carefully roll up the tortillas, starting from one end, and tuck in the sides as you go to create a tight wrap.
