1 lb (450g) boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup cornstarch

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 cup vegetable oil (for frying)

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger

1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)

Chopped green onions (for garnish)

Prepare the Chicken: In a medium bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss the chicken pieces in the mixture until fully coated.
