Crispy Hot Honey Feta Chicken

4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup hot honey (store-bought or homemade)

1 tbsp olive oil

Fresh herbs for garnish (such as parsley or basil)

Prep the Chicken: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika on both sides.

    Set Up Breading Station: Create a dredging station by placing the flour in one shallow dish, the beaten eggs in a second dish, and the panko breadcrumbs in a third dish.
