Instructions

Prepare the Cinnamon Chips:

    - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

      - In a small bowl, combine the sugar and ground cinnamon. Set aside.

        - Brush each flour tortilla with melted butter on both sides. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture generously over one side of the tortillas.

          - Cut the tortillas into wedges (like pizza slices), and place them in a single layer on baking sheets.

            - Bake for 10-12 minutes or until they are golden and crisp. Keep an eye on them; they can easily burn.

              Prepare the Fruit Salsa:

                - In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped strawberries, mango, kiwi, pineapple, and red onion.

                  - Add the chopped cilantro, honey, lime juice, lime zest, and a pinch of salt.

                    - Gently fold the ingredients together until well mixed. Adjust honey and lime juice to taste based on your sweetness preference.

                      Serve:

                        - Transfer the fruit salsa to a serving bowl. Let it chill in the fridge for about 10-15 minutes to meld the flavors if desired.

                          - Serve the fruit salsa with the warm cinnamon chips on the side for dipping. Enjoy your refreshing treat!
