Ingredients

1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

6 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (plus extra for garnish)

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for a kick)

Juice of 1 lemon

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Prepare Chicken: In a medium bowl, season the chicken bites with paprika, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Mix well and set aside to marinate for about 15 minutes.

Melt Butter: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.

Sauté Garlic: Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

Cook Chicken: Add the marinated chicken bites to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.

Add Herbs and Lemon: Stir in the chopped parsley and lemon juice, cooking for another minute to combine flavors.

Serve: Remove from heat and garnish with extra parsley. Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
