1 lb ground beef

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon salt

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup pickles, sliced

1/2 small onion, finely chopped

For the Special Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon yellow mustard

1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish

1 teaspoon white vinegar

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Make the Special Sauce: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, sweet pickle relish, white vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until smooth and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to let the flavors meld.

    Prepare the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain any excess fat. Add onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
