Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup heavy cream

2 cups chicken broth

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon sriracha (optional)

1 teaspoon ginger, grated

4 ounces ramen noodles

2 green onions, chopped

1 cup baby spinach

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper, to taste

Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear them in the skillet for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. Once cool, slice the chicken into strips.

Create the Sauce: In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream, chicken broth, soy sauce, sriracha (if using), and grated ginger. Stir until combined and let it simmer for 5 minutes, allowing it to thicken slightly.

Cook the Ramen: While the sauce is simmering, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.

Combine Ingredients: Add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet with the creamy sauce. Stir in the baby spinach and sliced chicken, mixing everything until well coated. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the spinach wilts and the dish is heated through.

Finish and Serve: Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
