Ingredients

1 package (8 oz) crescent roll dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 garlic clove, minced

Marinara sauce for dipping (optional)

Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Crescent Dough: Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a clean surface and separate it into triangles as per the package instructions.

Mix Filling Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese, mini pepperoni slices, grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, olive oil, and minced garlic. Stir well until everything is evenly mixed.

Assemble the Rolls: Take one triangle of crescent dough, and place a generous tablespoon of the cheese and pepperoni mixture at the wide end. Roll the dough towards the pointed end, folding in the sides slightly to secure the filling. Place the roll on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down. Repeat for all dough triangles.

Bake: Once all rolls are assembled, bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and puffed.

Cool and Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Optionally, garnish with fresh basil leaves. Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 8 rolls
