Ingredients

1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

2 cups frozen French fries

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

4 large flour tortillas

1 avocado, sliced

Hot sauce, for serving (optional)

Instructions

Marinate the Steak: In a bowl, toss the flank steak slices with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for at least 20 minutes.

Cook the Fries: While the steak marinates, preheat your oven and cook the frozen French fries according to package instructions until crispy. Set aside when done.

Grill the Steak: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated steak slices and cook for about 3-4 minutes, flipping midway, until nicely browned and cooked through. Remove from heat.

Assemble the Burritos: On each flour tortilla, layer 1/4 of the cooked steak, a generous handful of crispy fries, a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese, a dollop of sour cream, some chopped cilantro, and a few avocado slices.

Wrap the Burritos: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top, securing all the fillings inside. You can secure with a toothpick if necessary.

Grill the Burritos: In the same skillet used for the steak, place the burritos seam-side down and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the tortillas are crispy and the cheese melts.

Serve: Slice each burrito in half and drizzle with hot sauce if desired. Serve immediately while hot.
