Ingredients

2 cups ripe watermelon, cubed and deseeded

1 ripe banana, sliced and frozen

1/2 cup coconut milk (or any plant-based milk of choice)

1 tablespoon agave syrup or maple syrup (optional, adjust for sweetness)

Juice of 1 lime

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Ice cubes (optional, for a frostier texture)

Instructions

Start by preparing your watermelon: Cut the watermelon into cubes and remove any seeds. Chill the cubes in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes if you want a refreshingly cold smoothie.

In a blender, add the chilled watermelon cubes, frozen banana slices, coconut milk, lime juice, and agave syrup (if using).

Blend the mixture on high for about 30-45 seconds until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thicker consistency, feel free to add a few ice cubes and blend again.

Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness, if needed, by adding more agave syrup or maple syrup.

Pour the smoothie into chilled glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves for an extra touch of freshness.

Serve immediately and enjoy your vibrant, hydrating watermelon smoothie!
