1 lb ground chicken

1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped

1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese

1/4 cup breadcrumbs

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

4 burger buns

Lettuce, tomato, and your favorite condiments for serving

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped spinach, shredded white cheddar, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
